Local Shipping (Within Pakistan):

  • Dispatch Time: Orders will be processed and delivered within 7-8 business days after the order is placed.
  • Shipping Charges: Free Shipping nationwide. 
  • Courier Services: We use TCS to ensure timely and safe delivery of your jewelry.

International Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: International orders will be delivered within 12-15 business days  depending on the destination.
  • Shipping Charges: International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
  • Customs & Duties: Please note that customs duties, taxes, and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further details.
  • Courier Services: We work with trusted global shipping partners to deliver your order safely and securely.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment’s progress.
  • Order Delays: While we aim to meet our delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or high-demand periods may impact delivery. Should this occur, we will notify you promptly.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. Zumorrud is not responsible for any delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect shipping information.
