    • Our exchange policy allows you to exchange your purchased item within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Eligibility Criteria:
    • Items must be in their original, unworn condition.
    • All tags, certificates, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
    • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
  3. Exchange Process:
    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team within the 5-day window by messaging us on Whatsapp- 03312423555 or calling- 03080047544.
    • Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for exchange, and any relevant photographs.
    • Our Customer Service team will guide you through the process, including providing you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
  5. Inspection and Approval:
    • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
    • Once approved, you will be issued a store credit or an exchange for the same or similar item of equal value.
  6. Exceptions:
    • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care are not eligible for exchange.
    • Final sale items and promotional/discounted items are non-exchangeable.
  7. Store Credit:
    • If you choose not to exchange your item, we can issue a store credit for the value of the returned item, excluding shipping costs.
